Returns & Refunds Policy

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made through our online store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined here, alongside our Terms & Conditions and Shipping & Delivery Policy.

1) No Returns Policy

  • We do not accept returns for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, dislike of the product, ordering the wrong model/color/specification, or similar.
  • All sales are final except where returns are mandated under applicable consumer law (e.g., major defects not disclosed or misrepresentation).

2) Exceptions Required by Law

  • If your refurbished iPhone is found to have a major defect at the time of delivery and it is reported within the legally required timeframe, we will arrange for repair or replacement under our 3‑Month Warranty Policy.
  • Accidental damage, liquid damage, cosmetic wear, and faults caused by misuse or modification are not considered manufacturing defects and are not covered.

3) Refunds Policy

  • Refunds will be processed and credited back to the original payment method with in 5-7 business days.

4) Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been handed over to the delivery partner.
  • Pre-dispatch cancellations, if requested, are approved only at our sole discretion and are eligible for a refund minus any payment gateway or processing fees.

5) Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you believe you have received a wrong or damaged item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof and the order/AWB number.
  • All such claims will be handled under our 3‑Month Warranty or as required by law.

6) Warranty & After‑Sales Support

  • Eligible issues will be resolved through our warranty repair/replacement process, not via return and refund.
  • Our 3‑Month Warranty Policy applies to all refurbished iPhones purchased from our store.
  • Replacement product will be delivered with in 10-15 days.
