Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered for purchases made on our website. We use Shiprocket as our delivery partner. By placing an order, these terms are accepted alongside our Terms & Conditions.
1) Serviceable Areas
- Orders are shipped to serviceable pin codes covered by our courier network via Shiprocket.
- If an address is unserviceable or incomplete, the order may be delayed or canceled with a refund of shipping fees where applicable.
2) Order Processing
- Orders are processed after successful prepaid payment only.
- Typical processing time: 1–2 business days for packing and handover to the delivery partner.
- Processing timelines may vary during peak periods, stock audits, or unforeseen operational issues.
3) Courier Partner and Handover
- We ship exclusively via Shiprocket’s courier network.
- Once an order is handed over to the delivery partner, it is considered “dispatched.”
- Important: Orders cannot be canceled after handover to the delivery partner, as per our Terms & Conditions.
4) Delivery Timelines
- Delivery timeframes shown at checkout or in notifications are estimates only.
- Usually Our Delivery Time Is Under 14 Days. It Depend On Various Like courier operations, weather, route constraints, address issues, festivals/holidays, or other factors beyond our control.
5) Tracking
- Tracking details are shared via email/SMS once dispatched.
- Tracking updates are controlled by the courier systems and may have a short lag; refresh periodically for the latest status.
6) Shipping Fees
- Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout and may vary by destination, weight/volumetric weight, and service availability.
- Any duties/taxes charged at destination (if applicable) are the recipient’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
7) Delivery Attempts and Undeliverable Orders
- Couriers typically attempt delivery and may contact by call/SMS.
- If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone, or repeated non-availability, the shipment may be returned to origin (RTO).
- For RTO caused by incorrect/incomplete address or non-availability, reshipment charges may apply.
8) Address and Contact Accuracy
- Ensure the full address, landmark, and active phone number are provided.
- Address changes after dispatch are not guaranteed and are subject to courier capability.
9) Package Inspection and Proof of Delivery
- Couriers may require OTP/signature/photo as proof of delivery.
- If a package appears tampered or damaged at delivery, request the courier to note it and contact us immediately with photos and the AWB number.
10) Lost, Delayed, or Stuck Shipments
- If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact support with order ID and AWB; we will raise a service ticket with the delivery partner.
- Resolution timelines depend on the courier’s investigation. Replacement or refund decisions follow our policies after the partner’s closure report.
11) Click & Collect / Pickup
- In-store pickup is not offered unless explicitly stated on the checkout page.
12) International Shipping
- We currently ship within India only unless otherwise mentioned.
13) Holiday and Force Majeure Delays
- Public holidays, regional restrictions, strikes, natural events, or regulatory checks may cause delays. We do not guarantee dispatch or delivery during such periods.
14) Ownership and Risk
- Risk of loss passes upon delivery to the address provided or as per courier’s proof of delivery practices.
- For building receptions/guards/neighbors where delivery is permitted, the courier’s proof of delivery will be treated as completion.
