These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and the purchase of refurbished iPhones offered for sale. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. About Us

We operate an online store specializing in refurbished Apple iPhones. All sales are subject to the terms stated here and on our policies page.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms may be updated at any time; continued use of our website after an update indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Products

We sell only refurbished Apple iPhones.
Product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided to the best of our ability. Due to the refurbished nature of the devices, minor cosmetic imperfections may be present.
All products are sold “as described.”

4. Pricing

All prices are in INR and inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as displayed at checkout.
Prices are subject to change daily without prior notice. The price you agree to at checkout is the final price for that order.

5. Orders and Payment

Only prepaid orders are accepted — no cash on delivery (COD) option is available.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via the available online payment methods on our checkout page.
Orders are considered confirmed only after successful payment.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We use third-party delivery partners to fulfill orders. Delivery timelines are estimates only and we are not responsible for delays outside our control.
Once the product is handed over to the delivery partner, it is considered shipped.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once the product has been handed over to the delivery partner.
Cancellations, if requested before dispatch, may be considered at our sole discretion.

8. Returns & Refunds

We do not offer returns unless required by law (e.g., major defects covered under warranty).
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you believe the item is defective.

9. Warranty

All refurbished iPhones come with 3 Months limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
Warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
Warranty claims will be processed as per our Warranty Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by delivery partners or events beyond our reasonable control.
Our liability is limited to the price paid for the product.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of [Shop no.47, Shankar Rakesh Market, R. Ambedkar Chownk, near Bus Stand, opposite Dr. B, Nawanshahr, Punjab 144514].

Important Notices:

No COD — only prepaid payments accepted.
No returns except where legally required.
No cancellations after dispatch to delivery partner.
Prices may change daily.
